When will I receive my order?
We will make every effort to ship your order on or before the estimated shipment lead time(s) listed on each product page. The estimated lead time is in business days (Monday through Friday) and excludes Federal Reserve holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply and other factors. If the lead time changes, we will contact you via email or telephone and provide a revised shipping estimate.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based upon your location and the shipping origin of the items you have purchased. Your estimated shipping cost will always be as accurate as possible; however, exact shipping costs are subject to change based upon carrier availability, surcharges, and other factors out of SECI's control. If the shipping costs change, we will contact you via email or telephone to provide a revised shipping estimate. Delivery dates are based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please note that all shipping rates are determined by dimension and weight. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If you need a guaranteed overnight shipment, you must place your order over the phone by 12:00 P.M. EST (Monday – Thursday). Customers will incur additional, non-refundable costs on all overnight shipping orders. Not all items are available for overnight shipping. Please note that shipping carriers have daily cutoff times after which next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed, and, depending on the carrier and shipping service, orders placed over the weekend may need an extra business day to arrive.
PRIORITY AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
Priority and Expedited options speed up the processing and handling of your order, but are not guaranteed shipping methods. We are not able to offer Priority and Expedited handling options on some large-quantity or multiple-item orders.
Prices stated for items shipping via freight are FOB origin and title and risk of loss pass to Customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. Customer shall be responsible for all shipping and freight charges unless otherwise agreed to by SECI in writing. COD shipments are not permitted. If the product is damaged in transit, Customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier. Not all cataloged items are stocked in every warehouse, therefore additional shipping time and charges may be required. In times of rising fuel prices, we reserve the right to add a fuel surcharge and other surcharges on all shipments. Other terms and conditions may apply for other than standard ground delivery (‘Other Freight Services’), including without limitation, expedited same day delivery, less than truckload (LTL) shipments, air freight, freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, Customer's carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S., special handling by the carrier or other specialized freight services. Any charges incurred for Other Freight Services must be paid by Customer.
SECI offers free shipping on selected products. Free shipping is calculated on items in the cart that are eligible to ship free and meet the $300.00* threshold. We will pay the shipping on that portion of your order. You are responsible for the shipping of items not eligible for free shipping. SECI reserves the right to choose the carrier when providing shipping discounts or free shipping. The promotion is valid for a limited time only. SECI reserves the right to cancel it at any time. If you do not purchase the qualifying items in your shopping cart when the free shipping offer is in effect, you will not receive free shipping.
Currently, warehouse pickup is only available at our New Hampshire location. At checkout, you will be prompted to select and commit to a pickup day and time. If you must change your selected pickup day and time, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com or (800) 543-4592. Check back soon for warehouse pickup availability at our Massachusetts, Maryland, and California locations!
Manufacturer direct items will ship directly to you when the item is ready.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
Although we make every effort to update our product availability on an ongoing and continuous basis, product availability is subject to change without notice. You will be contacted by Customer Service if you have ordered an out of stock item or items. We will provide an estimate as to when an the item(s) will become available.
MISSING/INCORRECTLY SHIPPED MERCHANDISE:
In the event that you receive an incorrectly shipped item, or your order shows an item shipped but the item(s) have not been included in your order, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 543-4592.
